McDowell & Associates also provides Environmental Assessments to the U.S. Department of HUD, and Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA). All reports are reviewed and signed by an Environmental Professional as well as a licensed Professional Engineer, and have been accepted by over 50 lending institutions.
