The revenue that is expended on obtaining a clearer understanding of site conditions pertaining to environmental, hydrogeological and geotechnical characteristics, or for construction testing can be considered as an investment. These expenditures will often be recovered during construction, or over the life of the project by reducing unexpected conditions. McDowell & Associates provides a full range of services in Michigan and northern Ohio, with 50 employees located in Ferndale and Midland, Michigan. Our staff of licensed and degreed engineers has project experience that extends beyond our primary service area. On occasion, we provide consulting and construction monitoring oversight for projects located outside the midwest. |
